About
Since 1965, Fisher & Rocha, Inc. has provided the SouthCoast community with
professional construction, real estate, and property management services. We
always work hard to meet your expectations, coordinating all aspects of every
project so you don’t have to.
History
The company was founded by Bruce E. Rocha, Sr. and Henry G. Fisher. They joined
forces in 1965 to develop and build quality homes. Rocha was a skilled carpenter
with a fledgling real estate practice and Fisher was a financer with a motel
enterprise.
Together, they purchased land, developed the property, built homes, and marketed
their product through their sister company, Bruce E. Rocha Real Estate. Fisher
retired in 1975 and Rocha, along with his wife Bette-Jean, an advertising major,
expanded the operation. Their son, Bruce Jr., a graduate of Wentworth Institute
of Technology, College of Design and Construction, grew up working in the
business and is now Vice President in Charge of Construction.
Today, Fisher & Rocha, Inc. is known for its quality craftsmanship, specializing
in remodeling, repairs, restoration, and custom-built work.
